Hi! We're Janet and Ken!
About Us
We are artists living in beautiful northern, lower Michigan (Traverse City), for most of the year. We met late in life and found in each other the perfect muse. In the cooler months, we travel in our RV to Florida or other, warmer climates.
As painters, we categorize ourselves as expressive realists, capturing the world we live in using a variety of media: oil, acrylic, watercolor, and mixed-media. Our subjects range from people and pets to landscapes and nature.
Ken also does animation and 3D work, both functional and artistic pieces. Janet also teaches, primarily watercolor, around the Traverse City region.
